The L-shaped plot of land led to the construction of two simple rectangular shaped buildings so as to make the most of the legitimate coverage.

The Bank Branch was placed to the front of the lot and extends to three above ground levels and one basement.

The second building, located on the western side of the plot is seven stories high and has two additional underground levels. The ground floor contains the cafeteria and the staff gym; the top floor holds the VIP lounge / restaurant along with the executive offices, while offices for  exclusive use by Bank take up all the remaining levels.

Research led to detailed vehicle circulation arrangements in order to achieve the best possible vehicle movement in the basement areas which, apart from providing parking spaces, they hold storage areas as well as the requisite electromechanical facilities spaces.

The Bank Branch office is distinct from the main building above ground, but is connected to it by a glass bridge on the second floor.

The alternating horizontal surfaces of treated rough-textured, fair faced concrete, along with the limestone from Cyprus and the double glazed windows on the Bank Branch premises achieve the diversification of the façades and the volumes of the buildings.
