The clinic was built on a 1.1 hectare plot of land that abuts onto the parking area of  the Olympic Stadium in Paradeisos Amaroussiou. The clinic has a capacity of 280 beds and a total surface area of 26,000 sq.m.

The complex contains five building volumes, linked functionally and morphologically. Every building volume contains a different number of floors, depending on their internal operation.
The third basement contains parking spaces, workshops, storage areas and the electromechanical facilities.
The second basement was designed to hold MRI and CAT scan equipment, nuclear medicine and auxiliary infrastructure areas.
The ground floor has visitor reception and waiting areas and shops, but also the outpatient areas, radiology diagnostic facilities, laboratories and the fertility department.
The first floor is where the Clinic administration is located.
The second floor was designed to hold a model infant intensive care unit and areas for gynaecological operations.
The remaining five floors house patient wards, which range from private rooms to four-patient wards, and follow a radial layout around the staff areas and also contain comfortable visitor seating areas.
The final two floors contain private single-bed luxury rooms, with an entranceway and suites.
