The agency "K. Kyriakides and Partners" has been housed since 1984 in a specially proprietary designed building Halandri, where partners have at possession of all the modern design tools. Kyriakos Kyriakides was born in Alexandria in 1937 and lived until the age of 13 years in Egypt, when his family returned to Cyprus, the birthplace of his father. He finished the Pancyprian Gymnasium in 1954 and after three years he entered the School of Architecture NTUA in Greece for studies. Completing his studies in 1963, he became curator at the Building technology dept of the School of Architecture, a position he held for ten years while he created his own architectural office. The years set the way they interact with Kyriakos Kyriakides architects with younger partners. The inner need to broadcast daily knowledge becomes a way of life and expression.
Adela Paizi was born in Athens in 1942. The origin of her parents were from Ithaca, but at her early school years she lived at Eleusis, where her father, a chemist, was responsible for the plant "carbon disulfide." In her teenage years she moved to Athens. She finished the 6th Gymnasium of Kypseli and graduated from the School of Architecture NTUA in 1966. During her studies, in collaboration with Annie Vrixea and Eleytheria Paradelli, designed sceneries for theatrical performances at the theater Vasilis Diamantopoulos. After studying for about a year, worked in the Planning Department of NTUA in planning studies for the Peloponnese and Epirus.
